Tonight is the night that Jimmy Fallon finally steps out of Jay Leno‘s comedy shadow – taking over as host for “The Tonight Show.”
On April 3rd, 2013 ABC announced that Fallon would take over “The Tonight Show” hotspot from Leno and – after 42 years relocating the entire show from its Burbank studio home to the shows birthplace and Hometown of Jimmy Fallon… New York!
Seth Meyers takes over NBC’s “Late Night” from Fallon, who’s first guest will be former “SNL” colleague, Amy Poehler.
