Could it be? Is everyone’s favorite wholesome rapper turned movie star from the 90’s teaming up with one of the 2000’s most controversial rappers? A Brazilian recording studio is now reporting that Will Smith and Kanye West have teamed up to create a “Latin-inspired” song together. The pair were in the country to take part in the Rio Carnival festivities when they decided to head into the studio together. According to the recording venue’s owner, DJ Batutinha, Smith and Kanye will finish the track in the U.S.
As of now both performers have kept mum about the possibility of this new collaboration, neither denying nor confirming the report. I guess fans on both sides will just have to wait and see what happens.
