“Entourage” Goes Big: Warner Bros. Greenlights Movie Version

We figured it would happen… just as the HBO hit show “Sex and the City” was made for the silver screen, so will “Entourage.” Warner Bros. has given the green light to the movie version of the series, which ran from 2004 to 2011. Series creator Doug Ellin will direct and also wrote the screenplay. Mark Wahlberg and Stephen Levinson remain executive producers.

Now for the main cast: our favorite leading actor, manager, agent and followers. Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara and of course, Jeremy Piven are all in talks about joining the movie cast. It wouldn’t be the same without them.

Stay tuned for casting updates…
