The 41st running of the ASICS Los Angeles Marathon, produced by The McCourt Foundation, takes place Sunday, March 8, 2026, with more than 27,000 runners expected to take on the 26.2-mile Stadium-to-the-Stars Course from Dodger Stadium to Century City. Defending Champions Headline Elite Fields
Men’s Division
American Matt Richtman returns after becoming the first U.S. man in more than 30 years to win the race. His 2025 victory in 2:07:56 marked the second-fastest time in marathon history on both the previous and current courses.

Runners will travel through Downtown Los Angeles, Echo Park, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Brentwood before finishing along Santa Monica Boulevard at Avenue of the Stars.

The marathon also serves as the final leg of the Conquer LA Challenge, following the Santa Monica Classic and the Rose Bowl Half Marathon & 5K.
New Partnership: Postmates On Course
The marathon announces a new partnership naming Postmates the Official Food Delivery Service Partner.
In a first for the event, “Delivery Runners” will distribute items such as donut holes, pickle brine and iced espresso shots at Mile 23 to help fuel participants toward the finish.

Oscars® Red Carpet Experience at Mile 11
In collaboration with Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Mile 11 on Hollywood Boulevard will transform into a red carpet experience ahead of the 98th Oscars on March 15.
Runners will pass the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood — home of the Oscars — with photo opportunities designed to mirror the iconic awards show setting.
