TOMS and top Hollywood stylist Jamie Mizrahi celebrated the launch of their limited-edition capsule collection, The Monochrome Edit, with a volunteer event focused on giving back.
Hosted at the Baby2Baby headquarters in Los Angeles, the event invited friends of the brand and Jamie, press, and celebrity guests to roll up their sleeves to prepare essential items for families in need across the country.
Attendees, including Nicole Richie, Katharine Mcphee, Leslie Mann, Judd Apatow, Jennifer Meyer, and Co-CEOs of Baby2Baby Kelly Sawyer Patricof and Norah Weinstein joined Jamie in supporting Baby2Baby’s mission to provide children living in poverty with diapers, clothing, and other essentials.
Together, the group packed Baby2Baby Maternal Health & Newborn Supply Kits with critical supplies that are vital for the wellbeing of mom and baby, and assembled bundles with special gifts for mothers impacted by the Los Angeles fires.
Styled in Jamie’s collection, each attendee enjoyed the comfort of TOMS’ newest slip-on while giving back. The warehouse itself was drenched in color to match the collection’s bold monochrome aesthetic, incorporating Jamie’s signature red shade. Campaign images highlighting the full family shoe offering were also displayed throughout the space, and a print designed by Jamie’s own children was featured on custom aprons and tablecloths.
“I am so proud of this collection and collaboration. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate the launch than with an event grounded in giving back with Baby2Baby—a cause and organization so close to my heart and so connected to the great work that TOMS does supporting children’s education, health and well-being,” shared Jamie.
“TOMS is iconic and approachable with giving back at its core. I wanted to bring a little of my world—elevated, effortless style—into something that already feels familiar and loved,” she continued.
The TOMS design team was just as excited to work with Jamie as she was with them.
“From the very beginning, Jamie came to the table with a clear vision,” shares Camila Wolfson, TOMS Chief Merchandising Officer. “She was drawn to our minimalist slip-ons, but wanted to turn them into a statement piece—and was incredibly intentional about everything from the color palette to the feel of the materials. We were just as intentional about the impact of the collection, and are so excited to not only kick it off at Baby2Baby, but also donate to support their ongoing efforts serving children and families in need.”
Jamie Mizrahi, known for styling some of Hollywood’s most iconic red carpet looks, brought her signature aesthetic to the collaboration, blending luxurious materials, vibrant colors, and versatile design with TOMS’ signature comfort.
