Summer is almost over. It is time to get serious, shed the pounds and regain the proper regimen for a healthy diet. While on vacation, cake and ice cream were on the daily menu. And, of course, we all put on a few pounds. Before it gets out of hand, let's do something about it. There is no secret, you will only lose weight if you stay under a certain amount of calories per day. 1500 for women and 3000 for men. And let's not forget to exercise.
After making extensive research, we came across Personal Chef To Go, which doesn't sacrifice your cravings and appetite for good food with tasteless food (like some other programs). PCTG is easy and delicious. There is a great variety of fish, salad, chicken, noodle dishes and always accompanying vegetables. From lunch to dinner, each dish is different from the last – so you don't feel like you're on a robot diet. The meals are never frozen and are specially packaged to lock in flavor and extend freshness for up to 12 days. Once a program has been tailored for you, PSTG ships rush delivery via FedEx in insulated shipping containers.
Another major advantage of PCTG is that you don't have to worry about what you need to make for lunch or dinner, or if you are indulging in something you shouldn't. It is great for the entire family.
