In celebration of National Ice Cream Day on Sunday, July 20, Salt & Straw is going all out — transforming the holiday into an entire National Ice Cream Week, running Monday, July 14 through Sunday, July 20. With a flurry of flavor-packed specials, exclusive releases, and the launch of a brand-new loyalty program, the beloved scoop shop is giving ice cream fans every reason to celebrate.
New Treats & Exclusive Flavors
The highlight of the week? The Strawberry Shortcake Waffle Cone — a brand-new, never-before-seen treat launching Friday, July 18. Guests can enjoy it with any scoop or try the limited-edition Strawberry Waffle Cone Sundae, topped with Strawberry Honey Balsamic ice cream, whipped cream, and cherries. This sundae is available exclusively on July 18.

Joining the festivities is the debut of Salt & Straw’s new loyalty program. Members can start earning rewards right away, and on Saturday, July 19, all loyalty program purchases — both in-store and via Order Ahead — will earn double points.
