Wildfire survivors in Los Angeles County now have access to federal recovery support through locally operated centers, following a transition by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
Resources previously offered at FEMA-run Disaster Recovery Centers are now available at two community-based locations:
-
One Stop Rebuilding Center – LA City
1828 Sawtelle Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90025
Open Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. -
Altadena Community Center – LA County
730 E. Altadena Dr., Altadena, CA 91001
Open Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
These centers provide survivors with direct access to FEMA representatives, who can help applicants track, update, and manage their cases—especially if insurance claims or living situations have changed. Rental assistance is also available for individuals and families displaced by the recent hurricane-force wildfire events.
SBA Customer Service Representatives are on-site to assist with disaster loan applications, provide updates, accept documentation, and answer questions regarding financial assistance.
Additional recovery services can be accessed through:
