New Music Friday: Sophia Marie, Yächtley Crëw, Shane Codd, Mimoza, Myrne, Arlie, Sunsleeper

Sophia Marie‘s new London-inspired single “What a Waste” follows an American traveling all the way to London in the summer of 2021, to retrace the journey of her past love story with a man the year before, only to end up walking aimlessly down streets, utterly heartbroken. It takes the listener through iconic London landmarks.

The Yacht Rock band Yächtley Crëw have released their very first Original song, “Sex On The Beach.” Known as “The Titans of Soft Rock,” their one of a kind show has created a craze that has spread all over the country with celebs and fans that are obsessed with the group’s captivating and energetic performances.

Breakout artist Shane Codd returns with his new club track “Love Me Or Let Me Go.” A high-energy club jam that captures the essence of house music and showcases a specialist side to the Irish hitmaker’s sound,the song combines euphoric piano chords and impassioned diva vocals with a driving bassline.

Singaporean producer and DJ, Myrne, releases his newest single “Emotion” from his his debut EP “Circles.” The EP is a seamless reinvention of Myrne’s approach to melody, texture and composition, resulting in a record that radiates joy and restoration.

Visionary indie-pop act Arlie has released their new single “Landline.” The high-energy track was co-written and produced with Gabe Simon (Lana Del Rey, The Wombats) and had its official radio debut this evening.

Indie rock outfit Sunsleeper have a new music video for their track “Currents” via Rude Records. The video depicts an all-too-familiar feeling of being stuck in a rut within your day to day life and how one moment can change everything.
