Comedian, actress and Grammy winner Kathy Griffin listed her Bel Air mansion for sale this week.
The Los Angeles home with 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms is priced at nearly $16 million.
Griffin's home is in the gated Bel Air Crest community, and once neighbored Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
Griffin originally purchased the home in 2016 for $10.5 million, making this a potential $5 million profit for the comedian.
Griffin is looking for a buyer interested in 13,377 square feet, complete with an in-home theater, bar, wine cellar, workout room and a 25,000 gallon infinity edge pool.
