On Tuesday, the actor once known as "America's Dad" was sentenced by a Montgomery County judge. Bill Cosby was sentenced in the case of assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004.
Judge Steven O'Neill told Cosby he would serve "no less than three and no more than 10 years" in state prison, according to reports.
Additionally, Cosby must pay a $25,000 fine and pay court costs.
“It is time for justice. Mr. Cosby, this has all circled back to you. The time has come,” O’Neill said.
Back in April, Cosby was found guilty of three counts of felony sexual assault.
Back in December 2015, three Class II felony charges of aggravated indecent assault were filed against Cosby in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, based on allegations by Constand concerning incidents in January 2004.
