2015 Golden Globe Nominations: The Year Of Birdman

Golden GlobesJust one day after the SAG nominations were announced,the 2015 Golden Globe nominations have arrived. It seems to be the year of “Birdman” with 7 nominations. Similar to SAG, films such as “Boyhood,” “Foxcatcher” and “The Theory of Everything” are also leading the way in performance categories.
 
Fox Searchlight Pictures is the top studio with 12 nominations, and HBO has an impressive 15 nods for TV. Showtime follows with 9, and Netflix with 8 nominations. Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will host the 72nd Golden Globe Awards for the third year. The award show will take place January 11th, 2015
