After 40 days with no sign of North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong Un, the young dictator has resurfaced. The last time Kim was seen in public was September 3rd, 2014. Since the 31 year-old was last photographed walking with a limp on September 3rd, many speculated that he was ill or injured.
Suspicions grew as Kim did not appear at the Kamsusuan Palace of the Sun in Pyongyang on the 69th anniversary of the Workers’ Party of North Korea. On Tuesday, he finally resurfaced.
Although rumors suggested that his sister was ruling, Kim was in full control; walking with a cane.
