Rising girl group G.R.L. has premiered their video for their brand new single “Ugly Heart” across VEVO.
The video for “Ugly Heart” was directed by Chris Marrs Piliero (Black Keys, Britney Spears, Kesha) and was filmed in downtown L.A., capturing G.R.L. in full force girl power mode, bonding together and seeking revenge against a “pretty man” with an “ugly heart” who has clearly done them wrong.
Described by People Magazine as “the sexy new girl-group,” rising stars G.R.L. step out on their own with the release of “Ugly Heart” following the blockbuster success in their co-starring role on “Wild Wild Love” with Pitbull.
Their new single “Ugly Heart,” available now at all digital retailers, is produced by hit makers Dr. Luke and Cirkut, much of the same team who is working in the studio on G.R.L.’s debut album for Dr. Luke’s record label Kemosabe Records and RCA Records. “Ugly Heart” was written by Ryan Baharloo, Ester Dean, Lukasz Gottwald, John Charles Monds and Henry Walter.
