Jay Z will take over downtown Los Angeles, as announced with Mayor Eric Garcetti this morning. The “Made In America” two-day music festival is scheduled for August 30th and 31st in Grand Park.
Although concerns were raised by city council members regarding the possible ten-day street closures. At Wednesday’s press conference, Live Nation announced that the new Los Angeles festival will join the established one in Philly, with both taking place over the holiday weekend.
The festival’s line-up, as well as information on ticket sales, have not been announced.
