Earth Day Recipe: Something Green, Something Sweet

Earth Day Fruit Salad

It’s only normal to eat green foods on Earth Day. Here’s a simple sweet salad filled with green fruit:

  • 2-3 cups green grapes
  • 2 kiwi, diced into 1/2 chunks
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, diced into 1/2 inch chunks
  • Sweet whipped cream if desired

In a large bow, toss the fruit together. Serve salad with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream. Serves 6.
