It’s “bring your family to work day” for Rashida Jones.
According to Deadline, Quincy Jones and Peggy Lipton will be mimicking their real-life roles as Rashida Jones’ dad and mom in her new TBS sitcom pilot, Tribeca.
In the satiric comedy, written by Steve Carrell and his wife, Nancy Carrell, the former Parks and Recreation and The Office actor plays Angie Tribeca, an LAPD cop who is part of a colorful unit of investigators. Father Quincy Jones is the legendary music producer of such seminal albums as Michael Jackson’s Off The Wall and Thriller, as well as a 27 time Grammy award winner.
