UPDATE: Police have identified the shooter as 19 year-old Darion Marcus Aguilar. They still do not know his motive in shooting two people dead and then turning the gun on himself. An investigation is active as to whether he knew the two victims.
It seems as if there is a public shooting every week now. At a school, a mall, everywhere across America.
On Saturday morning, gunfire erupted in a Columbia, Maryland mall. According to Reuters, three people were killed. Police said one of the people was believed to be the shooter.
Shoppers were allowed to leave the mall after determining there was no longer a threat. A 911 call at about 11:15 a.m. ET reported that shots had been fired at the Mall in Columbia in Columbia, Maryland, Howard County Police said on Twitter.
