After rumors went soaring, it is close to being confirmed. According to Hollywood.com, Friends is returning to television after each of its six stars agreed multi-million dollar deals to star in four one-hour specials.
That’s right: Monica (Courteney Cox), Rachel (Jennifer Anniston), Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow), Joey (Matt LeBlanc), Ross (David Schwimmer) and Chandler (Matthew Perry) may join forces back at the Central Perk coffee shop.
Supposedly the cast has agreed on a $5 million per actor deal with NBC. Scriptwriters have already started penning lines for the four double episodes, which are due to air next year.
