“Thor: The Dark World” may have to move over this weekend. Box office numbers are still too soon to tell, but Universal’s “The Best Man Holiday,” a sequel tothe 1999 film, “The Best Man” debuted with a strong $10.7 million.
The feel-good holiday movie is expected to make around $30-$33 million by the weekend’s close. Thor’s total domestic earnings have reached $119,000,000 and still wasn’t too far behind on Friday with $10.4 million at the box office. But the Marvel superhero still loses its #1 spot.
