The popular entertainment/film news site has lost one of its leaders. Nikki Finke who founded www.deadline.com after Jay Penske purchased the site in 2009, is parting ways.
According to the LA Times, the ties have been severed after repeated clashes with Penske.
“Despite attempts by all to have it go otherwise, Nikki Finke will no longer be leading Deadline Hollywood, and she will not be writing weekend box office or filing stories going forward. This is an emotional and painful parting of the ways for us,” according to a story posted on Deadline.com
