Exxon Sues FXX


ExxonMobil has decided to sue FX Networks over its use of the second “X” in its new FXX logo. The oil company believes that the comedy centric network’s design is too similar to their interlocking XX’s.

While full details are still being kept under lock and key, I hardly believe consumers will start showing up at gas stations looking to catch the latest episode of “The League” as a result of FXX’s newfangled insignia.
