Every award season, celebrity gifting suites take place all around Los Angeles. LATF stopped by GBK’s luxury swag lounge which honored the 2013 Emmy® Award Nominees and Presenters. GBK’s exclusive list of celebrities, VIPs, and Media had an opportunity to enjoy a fun-filled day of excellent music, food, poker tournament, charity fundraising and memorable gifts. Who showed up? Neil Patrick Harris, RJ Mitte, Travis Wall, Chris Noth, Dennis Quaid, AJ Buckley, Mary Murphy, Jason Isaacs, Karina Smirnoff, Matt LeBlanc and many more!
GBK took over the W Hotel off Hollywood Blvd with their presenting sponsor, NEW Tidy Cats® LightWeight 24/7 Performance®. In the midst of going from room to room, LATF raised $200 with Tidy Cats for spcaLA! We first stopped by Cocopotamus Chocolate –to taste their delicious handmade, gluten-free, all natural chocolate and caramel truffles. Right next door was THE ARTISAN GROUP®, gifting a lovely collection of jewelry, stationery, fine art photography, spa and bath products, and other handcrafted gifts; as well as Helzberg Diamonds, with their exclusive INFINITY X INFINITY jewelry collection inspired by ABC Television’s primetime hit series ““Revenge.”” To balance out the scrumptious cookies from Cookie Daddy, No Think Diet, offered a lifetime membership to their daily meal plan and exercise program.
In the next rooms, foodies enjoyed Ike’s Love & Sandwiches LLC with fresh crispy bread, Oasis Mediterranean Cuisine’s hummus, gluten-free sweets from Lovely Candy Co. and the famous Blondie’s Cookies from ABC’s “Shark Tank.” On the wine side, we tasted the sweet and bubbly Sequin Wines Rose and Pinot, as well as California Square‘s uniquely shaped bottles of red and white wine.
