Recipe ideas for this foodie holiday are available courtesy of The Association for Dressings and Sauces (ADS). We chose the Chipotle Chili Aioli Sliders for this occasion!

What To Get:
1 lb. lean ground beef
½ cup green onions, finely chopped
½ cup jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
2/3 cup Chipotle Chili Aioli

For the Chipotle Slider Sauce:
½ cup tomatoes, finely chopped
¼ cup jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
1 cup green tomatillo salsa
2 Tbsp. Chipotle Chili Aioli
2 Tbsp. green onions, finely chopped

What To Do:

Thoroughly combine all the sliders ingredients and shape into 1/4 cup sized patties. Fry or grill to desired doneness. Serve with Chipotle Slider Sauce on mini burger rolls.

Serves: 10 mini burgers
