Chef Merito Shows Us How To Make Fish Fajitas

To celebrate the first pitch at Dodgers’ Stadium in LA we have a recipe from Chef Merito, who was named the Official Seasoning of the Los Angeles Dodgers! We’re spicing it up with Fish Fajitas:

Here’s what you need:

1 pound fresh white fish, skinless, boneless (examples of fish: mahi-mahi, snapper, halibut, sea bass, and shark), 2 Tbs. Chef Merito® Lime Juice, 2 Tbs. orange juice, fresh squeezed, 2 cloves garlic, peeled & finely chopped, ½ jalapeno chili pepper, seeded & finely chopped, 2 tsp. cilantro leaves only, chopped fine, 2 Tbs. Chef Merito® Fajitas Seasoning, 2 Tbs. Chef Merito® Lime Juice, 1 onion, large sized, thinly sliced, 1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips, 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips, 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips, 2 Tbs. Chef Merito® Fajitas Seasoning, 2 Tbs. Chef Merito® Garlic Salt

Here’s how to cook it!:

Marinade Place fish into a resealable food storage bag. Combine all marinade ingredients and coat ingredients thoroughly over the fish. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Cooking Pre heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add 2 two tablespoons of Chef Merito® Lime Juice to the pan. Add peppers and onion to the pan, cooking for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place fish with remaining vegetables, and add Chef Merito® Fajitas Seasoning and Chef Merito® Garlic Salt. Sauté until desired doneness then remove from pan and serve immediately.
