TV Star Jack Klugman Passes on Christmas Eve

We have lost so many great talents in the year 2012. Unfortunately, we say goodbye to another on Christmas Eve. Actor, Jack Klugman passed away at age 90. The three-time Emmy Award-winning actor was best known for playing Oscar Madison on ABC’s comedy series “The Odd Couple,” which ran from 1970 to 1975. Klugman was also the title role in NBC’s “Quincy, M.E.” and the last surviving member of the classic 1957 film,”12 Angry Men” cast. His first Emmy came in 1964 for his guest appearance on “The Defenders.” In addition to his achievements on-screen, Klugman earned recognition on Broadway in the musical “Gypsy,” which earned him a 1960 Tony Award nomination. He will be greatly missed.
