Animal Asia is an incredible organization, saving animal's lives everyday. Today they celebrate the life of Jasper, a Moon bear who spent 15 years in a Chinese bile farm crush cage.
Rescued by Animals Asia he spent 15 more as the life and soul of the sanctuary before his death this week, due to an aggressive liver tumour.
In other bear news, Tuffy was rescued last year following many painful years in a tiny cage on a bear farm being drained for his bile. His gall bladder was so diseased after years of violation it had to be removed entirely.
But now he is in heaven on Earth! Check out this beautiful video above of Tuffy playing around in the swimming pool at their rescue centre in Vietnam.
Rescued in September last year on the same day as six other bears, Tuffy’s paws have hardly hit the ground since arriving at Animals Asia's Vietnam sanctuary.
