Derrick Rutledge was a master artist and key developer for Dudley Cosmetics at the start of his career. He stepped into the celebrity makeup spotlight when he took on former Miss USA and Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kenya Moore. Working with Kenya on BET’s “Video Soul,” the doors opened, giving Derrick the opportunity to work with the divas of music, including Chaka Khan, Patti Labelle, Beyoncé and Gospel legend, Yolanda Adams. Today he serves as the premier makeup artist to mogul Oprah Winfrey and the first lady, Michelle Obama. His work has been featured in publications and on the covers of Essence Magazine, The Oprah Magazine, Glamour, in Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Harper’s BAZAAR, Vogue and more. Mylah Morales began perfecting her craft at Prescriptives, where she honed her specialty around skin tones. Her ability to create a natural, yet flawless look put Mylah in demand worldwide. Moving to New York, her first client, Sean “Diddy” Combs, catapulted her into the music industry, doing makeup for Usher and Nick Cannon. In 2004, Mylah met Robyn Fenty, a.k.a. global music superstar “Rihanna.” For over a decade, Mylah has worked alongside Rihanna as her go-to collaborator for beauty. Sheika Daley has always had her hands on a paintbrush. A true lover of art and beauty, she has passionately and creatively shaped the images of many celebrities we see today.
