If you don’t know your polling location, simply visit: http://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/find-polling-place.htm and enter your information to find the voting address. You can reach the voting hotline at: (800) 345-VOTE (8683).

For California residents, read up on your candidates here.

As reported by ABC news, up to 5 million registered voters, about a quarter of California’s total, live in Los Angeles County, according to the L.A. County Registrar’s Office. Experts thoughts: maybe half will turn out to vote on Election Day.

That’s not an impressive number of voters with nearly 18 million registered in the state of California alone. Our big state vote is Democratic Governor Jerry Brown, who is seeking a fourth term as the state’s chief executive against Republican Neel Kashkari.
