Produced by Paramount Animation and Spin Master Entertainment, the animated feature takes the beloved rescue team on a thrilling new adventure packed with dinosaurs, volcanoes, and larger-than-life rescues.

In the film, the PAW Patrol pups find themselves stranded on a mysterious tropical island after their ship is caught in a powerful storm. The island is unlike anything they have ever seen, filled with dinosaurs roaming across the landscape.

There, they meet Rex, a resourceful pup who has spent years surviving on the island and has become an expert on all things dinosaur-related.

Trouble begins when the PAW Patrol’s longtime rival, Mayor Humdinger, starts mining the island in an attempt to exploit its natural resources. His reckless actions awaken a dormant volcano, putting the island and its prehistoric inhabitants in danger.

Faced with one of their most challenging missions ever, the pups must work together to stop Humdinger and save the island before disaster strikes.

Directed by Cal Brunker, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Bob Barlen, the film features a star-studded voice cast including Carter Young, Mckenna Grace, Terry Crews, Jennifer Hudson, Fortune Feimster, Jameela Jamil, Bill Nye, Paris Hilton, and Snoop Dogg. The movie also introduces newcomer Henry Bolan.

PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie is rated PG for mild action and peril.

Families can catch the action, adventure, and dinosaur-sized excitement when the film opens in theaters nationwide on August 14, 2026.
