Electronic music powerhouse John Summit has announced his North American CTRL ESCAPE arena tour. The expansive run will bring Summit’s boundary pushing album to life on his biggest run of shows to date. First access to tickets will be available through a Cash App Visa Card presale. The artist presale begins Wednesday, May 27 at 10 a.m. local time through Thursday, May 28 at 8 a.m. local time. Additional presales will take place Thursday, May 28, including Live Nation at 10 a.m. local time and Spotify at 12 p.m. local time, both ending at 10 p.m. local time. General on sale begins Friday, May 29 at 10 a.m. local time.
Launching in October, the tour will make stops at major arenas across the country including Chicago, Miami, Brooklyn, Boston, and more. The tour will introduce a new production concept that reflects Summit’s forward thinking creative approach, delivering a larger than life atmosphere and immersive experience for this next chapter. Fans can expect high impact production designed to elevate every moment of the show.
Released earlier this year on April 15, CTRL ESCAPE pushes boundaries by blending a wide range of genres, from heavy hitting tech house to dubstep, drum and bass, and broader electronic influences. Taken as a whole, the album serves as a portrait of John Summit’s life right now, capturing the relentless touring schedule, the stadium sized performances balanced alongside intimate shows that maintain a connection with his earliest fans, and music crafted to resonate in venues of every size. Each track stands as its own world and journey through the past and present of electronic music.
Leading up to the album release, Summit delivered a series of standout pop ups across Los Angeles, New York City, and Colorado, selling out Reframe Studios in Los Angeles, partnering with Spotify and LinkedIn at NYC’s HALO, and headlining a sold out open to close set at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. He capped the run with a takeover of the Do LaB stage at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and delivered a historic closing set on the main stage at Ultra Music Festival.
Following the album release, Summit continued internationally with performances in Bali at Day Zero Festival, Bangkok, Palm Tree Music Festival Singapore, and Ultra South Africa. He then returned stateside to headline Breakaway Music Festival Atlanta and EDC Las Vegas.
This summer, Summit will make his Ibiza residency debut, headlining nine Mondays at [UNVRS] Ibiza beginning June 1, before returning to the United States for a hometown headline performance at Lollapalooza. In Europe and the United Kingdom, he will also headline Tomorrowland and host an Experts Only U.K. show at Tofte Manor with Labyrinth Events. In September, Summit returns to New York City for the highly anticipated return of the Experts Only Festival following its sold out 2025 debut.
Last September, Summit hosted New York City’s largest dance music festival, Experts Only, drawing more than 50,000 fans and featuring a lineup that included Kaskade B2B Cassian, Green Velvet B2B Layton Giordani, LP Giobbi, and AYYBO. He also lit up stages around the world with performances at Lollapalooza Paris, Lollapalooza Germany, Ultra Europe, and two headlining sets at Austin City Limits Festival. Summit additionally delivered his biggest United Kingdom performance to date at The O2 Arena before closing out the year with a sold out performance at Folsom Field.
