BeachLife Festival 2026 has quickly built a reputation for blending the very best of Southern California culture into a one of a kind experience with something for everyone since launching in 2019. This past weekend, more than 40,000 people made their way to Redondo Beach for BeachLife Festival 2026, with both Friday and Saturday completely sold out as the festival celebrated the highest attendance in its history.
With an eclectic mix of legendary artists and inspired emerging talent spanning rock, indie, pop, jam, reggae and more, BeachLife 2026 attracted record breaking crowds with headlining performances from Duran Duran, The Offspring, James Taylor and His All Star Band, as well as The Chainsmokers, My Morning Jacket, Slightly Stoopid, Sheryl Crow, Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, Grouplove, Peach Pit and many more.
Along with stunning coastal views and a standout lineup of musical acts, BeachLife once again proved that no festival experience is complete without exceptional food and beverage offerings. Partnering with a team of renowned local South Bay restaurants and BeachLife Executive Chef Chase Carlson, this year’s festival delivered a level of sophistication unique to the music festival experience. From the Captain’s Culinary Experience to the California Surf Club, which returned for its second year at BeachLife Festival, festivalgoers enjoyed artfully prepared dishes and thoughtfully curated menus that perfectly complemented the laid back atmosphere that blends luxury with surf culture.

Music from more than 40 artists filled four stages across the three day festival, including the Fiji Airways HighTide Stage, the Cove Soda LowTide Stage, the LA Chargers RipTide Stage and the SpeakEasy Stage presented by STōK Cold Brew Coffee. Curated by Jim Lindberg, frontman of Pennywise and BeachLife Brand Director, the SpeakEasy Stage showcased intimate acoustic performances from an eclectic range of artists spanning rock, singer songwriter, surf and punk rock genres.
With a lineup that spanned generations, the festival offered something for everyone. Duran Duran brought an unmistakable 1980s vibe to the festival with a mix of timeless classics and newer releases. The Offspring delivered an energetic set packed with punk rock staples, covers of Black Sabbath and The Beatles, and a memorable performance of “Pretty Fly (For A White Guy)” featuring special guest Guy Cohen, the original actor from the 1998 music video. James Taylor closed out the festival with a feel good stripped back set alongside his All Star Band.
Elsewhere, The Chainsmokers delivered a high energy set featuring hit songs including “Closer” and “Something Just Like This.” Beloved alternative rock groups Fitz and The Tantrums, Grouplove and Flipturn kept the energy going on Friday, bringing fans to their feet with hits like “Handclap” and “Tongue Tied.”

San Diego favorites Slightly Stoopid, Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, BeachLife veterans Sugar Ray and newcomers Water Tower brought nostalgic laid back reggae and bluegrass inspired vibes to Saturday’s festivities. Rock favorites Switchfoot and Bad Suns raised the energy before rock icon Joan Jett & The Blackhearts captivated crowds with mega hits including “Bad Reputation,” “Hate Myself For Loving You” and “I Love Rock n’ Roll.”
Sunday’s lineup featured fan favorites My Morning Jacket and Peach Pit, a groovy Latin music set from Buena Vista Orchestra, a daytime disco DJ set from Poolside, who also appeared at the California Surf Club afterparty, and a lively hit filled performance from Sheryl Crow.
Festival grounds were also packed with interactive activations and experiences from a variety of vendors and premier brands, including fan engagements, giveaways, product tastings, games, photo opportunities and information focused on sustainable initiatives. Guests also explored an art installation from Punk Rock & Paintbrushes, a silent auction benefiting BeachLife’s primary charities, boutique shopping experiences and more that elevated the festival atmosphere.

Returning partners included Skechers, DAOU, Hendrick’s Gin, Jack Daniel’s, Tequila Herradura, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Waterloo, Lifeway Kefir and Open Water. Ahead of the festival on April 29, BeachLife hosted its annual charity gala at the California Surf Club. Evening By the Sea brought together community members, philanthropists and music fans for an evening of live music, celebration and giving. Guests were treated to a rare acoustic performance by Slightly Stoopid hosted by Jim Lindberg. Through ticket sales and silent auctions, BeachLife helped its partners raise more than $150,000 benefiting a wide range of local and national nonprofit organizations, including the Surfrider Foundation, Wyland Foundation, Heal the Bay and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital among many others. Since its inception, BeachLife Festival’s philanthropic efforts have helped raise more than $900,000 to support charitable causes, reinforcing the festival’s commitment to community impact and coastal preservation.
