At its 2026 Upfront presentation in New York, Netflix unveiled a slate of major announcements centered on returning hit series, new original programming and expanded creative collaborations with some of television’s biggest names.
Leading the announcements were several high-profile renewals, signaling continued momentum for a number of fan-favorite titles across drama, sports and reality programming.
- Big Mistakes — Renewed for Season 2
- Love Is Blind — Renewed for Season 11 (Boston edition)
- My Life With the Walter Boys — Renewed for Season 4
- Quarterback — Renewed for Season 3
- Running Point — Renewed for Season 3
Among the renewed series is Running Point, which will return for a third season following the success of its sports-comedy storytelling. Sports documentary series Quarterback was also renewed for Season 3, continuing its behind-the-scenes look at professional football stars.
Netflix additionally confirmed a fourth season renewal for My Life With the Walter Boys, further expanding the coming-of-age drama’s growing audience. Reality juggernaut Love Is Blind will continue with its eleventh season set in Boston, while comedy series Big Mistakes secured a second season renewal.
Beyond returning series, Netflix also introduced several new projects and partnerships. Dan Levy expanded his relationship with the streamer through a new first-look deal tied to Big Mistakes, while Chris Van Dusen entered into a creative partnership connected to the upcoming series Calabasas.
Best-selling author Harlan Coben also deepened his longstanding collaboration with Netflix through a creative partnership centered on Myron Bolitar, based on Coben’s popular literary character.
Additional programming announcements included the new series Barbaric and The Retrievals, further showcasing Netflix’s continued investment in original scripted content.
The announcements were made by Bela Bajaria during the company’s annual presentation to advertisers and media executives, where the streaming giant highlighted its expanding slate of entertainment across scripted, unscripted and live-event programming.
