Fashion fans, get ready to make it work again. Disney has officially renewed Project Runway for its 22nd season, set to debut in 2026 across Hulu, Disney+ and Freeform.
Host and judge Heidi Klum will return to the runway, alongside mentor Christian Siriano and judges Law Roach and Nina Garcia.
The renewal follows a successful 21st season—the show’s first under the Disney umbrella—after its long history on Bravo and Lifetime since premiering in 2004. Season 21 also marked Klum’s highly anticipated return after a five-season hiatus and introduced celebrity stylist Law Roach to the judging panel.
Disney’s latest iteration gave the series a fresh twist with Disney-inspired challenges, including a “Princess vs. Villain” episode, plus special cameos from Abbott Elementary stars Lisa Ann Walter and Chris Perfetti. The season crowned designer Veejay Floresca as the winner.
Since its debut, Project Runway has been credited with launching the careers of numerous designers, including Christian Siriano, Austin Scarlett, Leanne Marshall, Irina Shabayeva, Michael Costello, and Bishme Cromartie.
With its creative challenges, industry insight, and dynamic cast, the long-running fashion competition continues to prove it’s still in vogue.
