Behind the recipes is Rob’s partner, Co-Founder and Creative Director Peter Lloyd Jones, a respected figure in the cocktail world. “Peter is well known in the industry for his work as top bartender and former leader of the bar program at 1886 at The Raymond, which was voted one of the Top 10 New Bars in America by Food & Wine Magazine,” they shared. “He also led the bar program at the hugely popular Everson Royce Bar in DTLA and was named one of the Top 5 Bartenders in LA by food critic Jonathan Gold.”
