The Daytime Beauty Awards (DBAs) are proud to announce that Academy Award–nominated actress and Emmy winner Melissa McCarthy will present Outstanding Achievement in Color & Styling to her longtime friend, colorist & hairstylist Robert Ramos at the 7th annual ceremony.
With more than three decades shaping trends in film, television, music, and fashion, Robert Ramos has elevated hair color into an art form of precision and storytelling. Known as a true chemist of color, he has worked with icons across generations, from Brittany Murphy, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Eva Mendes to Jessica Alba, Stevie Nicks, and Bette Midler. Ramos continues to collaborate with McCarthy and Kelly Clarkson for red carpets, editorials, and campaigns.
His artistry has appeared on the covers of Rolling Stone, Variety, and People, and on the sets of award-winning shows, films, and music videos. An Emmy nominee for projects including Bette Midler: Diva Las Vegas, The Voice, and The Kelly Clarkson Show, Ramos has left an enduring mark on both celebrity styling and fashion photography.
Founder of Estilo Salon (now Ramos Carreon Salon) and creator of his own professional haircare line, Ramos has built a legacy that continues to influence new generations of stylists.
