Comic-Con LA 2025 is almost here, and this year’s three-day pop culture celebration is shaping up to be bigger and bolder than ever. Fans can gear up for an epic Scream cast panel, a WandaVision and Avengers cast reunion, and photo ops with the Phineas and Ferb cast, Denise Richards, and Elden Henson from The Mighty Ducks. The excitement doesn’t stop there — members of the Jurassic World franchise will be stomping their way into the convention, along with plenty of surprise celebrity appearances and fan experiences all weekend long.

Beyond the star power, Comic-Con LA 2025 is packed with thought-provoking and interactive programming. Panel discussions like “Creators in the Age of AI” and “Podcasting for Beginners” offer fans a chance to learn, create, and connect with industry pros. And for those who love live theater, don’t miss “Spandex, Soul & Superpowers,” a Black superhero musical bringing music, movement, and Marvel-level storytelling to the stage. Whether you’re there for panels, photo ops, or just to soak in the fandom energy, this year’s convention is a can’t-miss weekend for geeks and pop culture lovers alike.

L.A.’s largest event for comics, gaming, sci-fi, anime, and pop culture, is thrilled to unveil its full lineup of celebrity talent, panels, and activations ahead of its highly anticipated September 26-28 show. After delivering a star-studded and unforgettable show in 2024, L.A. Comic Con has raised the bar once again, bringing in some of the most requested celebrity guests for panels and photo/autograph opportunities, while welcoming a brand new anime activation to elevate the fan experience like never before. This year, ScreenRant joins as an official media partner, providing main stage panel moderation and amplifying the excitement surrounding the biggest comic con yet.

L.A. Comic Con 2025 promises a packed schedule with dozens of panels and entertaining programming across the three-day event, bringing fans closer than ever before to the stars, artists, and creators they love. From autograph and photo opportunities to must-see main stage panels featuring some of pop culture’s biggest names, L.A. Comic Con has something in store for everyone.

The main stage will also feature the Scarlet Witch herself, Elizabeth Olsen, alongside Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) co-star Paul Bettany. Fan-favorite actors from the casts of Daredevil and Doctor Who will also take the main stage to spotlight their respective series. Additionally, a Scream reunion panel will bring together Matthew Lillard, Skeet Ulrich and Jamie Kennedy for a celebration of the iconic horror franchise, whetting fans appetites for the expanded 35,000 SqFt CarnEvil of Souls spooky maze and horror experience.

CBS will present a screening of the Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage season 2 premiere pilot, followed by a star-studded panel featuring series stars Emily Osment, Montana Jordan, Rachel Bay Jones, Will Sasso, Dougie Baldwin, and Jessie Prez, along with executive producer Steve Holland. The moderated panel will give fans an inside look at the third series in The Big Bang Theory universe.

Making its debut at L.A. Comic Con, Akiba Station, curated by Otaku Collectives, will offer fans interactive exhibits, exclusive merchandise, panels at the Gaming and Anime Stage, the Japanese Arcade Terminal, and much more! This immersive experience brings the vibrant energy of Akihabara to Los Angeles, giving attendees a first-ever chance to dive into Japanese culture at the show. And we’ll have popular Japanese creators and voice talent who will be at the show for their first time in America.

12th Annual Cosplay National Championships:

There’s no Comic Con without Cosplaying! That’s why every year, we give all our creative cosplayers a chance to compete for $25,000 in cash and other prizes by participating in one of three categories: Master, Journeyman, or Novice. All genres are welcome, including characters from film, television, theater, comics, video games, sci-fi, anime, horror, and original creations.

Akiba Station:

Located in the West Hall, Akiba Station, curated by Otaku Collectives, is L.A. Comic Con’s biggest and most authentic Japanese pop culture experience ever! Legendary Japanese voice actors including Yuriko Yamaguchi, Takeshi Kusao, Kazuki Shimizu, Ryota Ozawa, and Yui Koike will be appearing for a Gaming and Anime stage panel. With over 40,000 square feet of immersive exhibits, anime voice actors, themed food, interactive zones, photo ops, panels, and more.

Marvel Comics Portfolio Reviews

Marvel Comics’ associate editor Annalise Bissa, will be performing portfolio reviews at Los Angeles Comic Con. Artists who’d like to be considered for a portfolio review, please drop off and submit your portfolio copies Friday and Saturday.
