The Daytime Beauty Awards (DBAs) continue to celebrate the science of wellness, from breakthroughs in cannabis and CBD to innovations that improve everyday life.
Today, the first honorees for the 2025 ceremony, happening Sunday, September 21 at Grand Venue in Los Angeles, are revealed:
The Sleeping Beauty Award: Sleep by PAX
PAX’s CEO, Chris Ahern, will accept the award on behalf of the brand. Developed through two years of research by PhDs in pharmacology and toxicology, Sleep by PAX is a first-of-its-kind inhalable pod designed to help users fall asleep faster, dream deeper, and wake up refreshed. Using a precise blend of cannabinoids and terpenes, it works with the body’s natural rhythms to redefine bedtime.
Continuing the DBA tradition of spotlighting pioneers in cannabis and CBD, past recipients include Tommy Chong, Beboe, Primitiv’s NFL founders, Pure Beauty, THC Design, CBDmd, and Allure Global’s sleep gummies.
Additional honorees will be announced in the coming weeks, joining past awardees such as Cindy Crawford, Gabrielle Union, and Christie Brinkley, with presenters including Jennifer Lopez, Jay Leno, Kelly Rowland, and Sia.
The Daytime Beauty Awards benefit the Los Angeles Mounted Platoon (501c3), supporting the care and training of these remarkable horses who bring joy, mentorship, and comfort to underserved communities, first responders, and youth across Los Angeles.
