NBC Renews ‘American Ninja Warrior’ for Season 18 with New Three-Lane Racecourse Format

NBC has officially renewed its hit summer competition series American Ninja Warrior for an 18th season, bringing back the world’s most challenging obstacle course and fan-favorite hosts Matt Iseman, Akbar Gbajabiamila, and Zuri Hall.

All rounds of the new season will be filmed in Las Vegas beginning this fall.

Building on the show’s legacy of high-octane athleticism and drama, Season 18 will introduce an all-new twist: a supersized, three-lane racecourse that will pit three competitors against each other in simultaneous, side-by-side races. This addition is expected to amplify the show’s already intense head-to-head format and further showcase the elite skills of its competitors.

Continuing the action-packed, all-racing format of Season 17’s National Finals, the upcoming season will culminate in a high-stakes race for a $250,000 grand prize.
