Florence Pugh Stars In YUNGBLUD’s Zombie Music Video

YUNGBLUD returns with a powerful new single, “Zombie,” released today alongside an emotionally charged official music video starring Academy Award-nominated actress Florence Pugh. Directed by Charlie Sarsfield and produced by Untold Studios, the video offers a dramatic visual companion to the deeply personal ballad.

The song arrives ahead of YUNGBLUD’s highly anticipated fourth studio album, IDOLS, due out June 20 via Locomotion/Capitol Records. The double album’s first installment, IDOLS Pt. I, will be available in digital formats, CD, and six collectible vinyl variants—each featuring exclusive photo lithos designed to form a cross-shaped collage when completed. The release will also include new pre-order options for alternative CD covers and two frame mattes to display the full collection.

“‘Zombie’ was written initially about my grandmother going through serious injury and trauma, leading her to become a different person,” said YUNGBLUD. “It’s about the feeling of deterioration and ugliness; shutting out the world and the people we love out of fear of becoming a burden or an embarrassment. We all want someone or something to comfort us no matter how we are right now or who we become in the future. But it’s f*cking scary.”

The new track follows the previously released “Lovesick Lullaby” and the ambitious nine-minute epic “Hello Heaven, Hello.” Full IDOLS Pt. I tracklist includes:

  1. Hello Heaven, Hello

  2. Idols Pt I

  3. Lovesick Lullaby

  4. Zombie

  5. The Greatest Parade

  6. Change

  7. Monday Murder

  8. Ghosts

  9. Fire

  10. War

  12. Supermoon
