The Los Angeles Christmas Market, a free-to-enter, COVID-friendly pop-up experience featuring immersive winter wonderland decor, a photo op with Santa Claus and a themed holiday market, will open to the public on November 27, 2020 (Black Friday). Celebrate the spirit of the season at this one-of-a-kind space, which will give Angelenos and tourists alike a much-needed opportunity to bask in the joys of the holidays in an environment that is both festive and safe.
The experience will be located on the corner of Fairfax and W 3rd St in Los Angeles, across from The Grove, and will be open from 10 AM to 8 PM PST, seven days per week beginning on November 27, 2020 through January 3, 2021. To ensure the health and safety of all guests, the space will comply with all California guidelines for COVID-19 safety, including operating at 25% capacity, with high ceilings, masks required, social distancing and sanitation of all photo ops between guests.
Though the pop-up retail market and experience is free to the general public, guests can also purchase a $45 package for a photo op with Santa Claus and more, compliant with COVID-19 guidelines. The photo op features a 10-foot custom, two-row sleigh, with non-reflective plexiglass separating Santa from the guests. The pop-up will have select hours for photos with Santa, which can be pre-booked online, and at any other time, guests can visit and pay a reduced fee for a photo in the sleigh with their friends and family without Santa. For additional holiday cheer, children will have the opportunity to write a letter to Santa and drop it in his mailbox – a festive and safe way to share their Christmas wish list.
Merchandise available for purchase at the experience will include hoodies, shirts, holiday ornaments, masks, and much more. The Los Angeles Christmas Market is the perfect place to complete holiday shopping for friends and family.
