Week Fifteen ends with the playoff picture pretty much set. The Oakland Raiders have secured their first playoff berth since 2002, with a 19-16 win over the San Diego Chargers. In the American Football Conference, the Raiders lead the AFC West with a 11-2 record and still have a chance at home field advantage throughout the playoffs. The New England Patriots lead the AFC East with a 12-2 record, the AFC North is lead by the Pittsburg Steelers at 9-5, while the AFC South is lead by the 8-6 Tennessee Titans. Meanwhile in the National Football Conference, the NFC East is led by the 12-2 Dallas Cowboys, the NFC West leader is the 9-4-1 Seattle Seahawks. The NFC North leaders are the 9-5 Detroit Lions and the NFC South is led by the Atlanta Falcons at 9-5. The regular season ends in 2 weeks and then the race to the Super Bowl begins.
