68th Emmy Awards: And The Winners Are…

68th emmy awards winnersLate night TV host favorite Jimmy Kimmel took the stage at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles to host the 68th Emmy Awards on Sunday night.

Throughout the evening, there were many hilarious moments and also touching ones, including a wonderful tribute to the career of Garry Shandling. To make sure the nominees and winners didn't starve, Kimmel and the cast of Netflix's "Stranger Things" passed out peanut butter and jelly sandwiches made by Kimmel's mom.

Other highlights from the evening: Matt Damon chewing on an apple, teasing Jimmy Kimmel on his Emmy loss. On a musical note, John Mayer jammed with the house band and orchestra all night long.

When it comes to the winners of the evening, “The People v O.J.: American Crime Story” was certainly a favorite, along with "Game of Thrones."
