Box Office: ‘The Jungle Book’ Still Rules

box office april 24, jungle bookAccording to comscore, Disney proved once again that the jungle is where audiences around the world wanted to spend their time as 'The Jungle Book' dominated at the multiplex this weekend with a bear-sized $156.8 million and pushed this pre-summer season hit film to over the half billion mark through Sunday. 

Notably, Universal's 'The Huntsman: Winter's War' had its North American debut and in combination with the international cumulative box office to date of $80.2 million pushed its total to just over $100 million globally.
