Lucky “Star Trek Beyond” fans will be able to have the chance to win a walk-on role in the upcoming film. The cast posted a video with Omaze from the U.S. Enterprise to promote the contest’s philanthropic efforts.
One lucky fan who donates at least $10 will be picked by the cast to receive the walk-on role. While six other individuals will be randomly chosen to be a part of a week-long “Star Trek: To Boldly Go” crew where they’ll experience a behind-the-scenes tour from Chris Pine and Zoe Saldana. Proceeds for the contest go toward one of nine causes that include a passion of the late Leonard Nimoy – St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
