PGA Championship: It’s Over For Tiger Woods

Back in April, we reported that perhaps golf star, Tiger Woods was making a comeback. Not today. The once golf champion has seen his seventh season in a row without winning a major title.

According to sports reports, Woods played five holes Saturday and finished with a 73. He missed the cut by two shots. Woods told reporters, “It’s frustrating to miss any cuts.”

As of Saturday morning, Matt Jones took the leading spot.

Woods admitted he was off during a press conference. He said, “I’m going to go home… actually I’m going to go to my sports bar, how about that?”

He said he still has “a lot of golf left.” Woods added, “I still have plenty of golf to play around the world.”
