Box Office: “Cinderella” Has A Happy Earnings Ending

According to Rentrak, it was a fairy tale weekend for Disney as the live-action ‘Cinderella‘ charms the global marketplace to the tune of $132.5 million, topping both the North American and the international box office charts.In addition, Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Academy Award®-winning ‘Big Hero 6’ became the #1 animated title of 2014 with more than $620 million globally.The film, which has earned $221 million domestically, also surpasses $400 million at the international box office this weekend.
