Alabama Shakes will kick off the second leg of their North American tour on May 28 at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis, MO. The run will include shows at Hall’s Island in Minneapolis, MN (May 30) and Detroit’s Masonic Temple Theatre (June 3). Opening acts will include Father John Misty (May 28 – June 3), Strand of Oaks (June 9) and Courtney Barnett (June 10). A ticket pre-sale for the newly announced headline dates will begin on Wednesday, March 4, at 12:00 PM local time at http://alabamashakes.frontgatetickets.com/.
Tickets go on sale to the public beginning Friday, March 6. The Grammy®-nominated band will perform on “Late Show With David Letterman” on Monday, March 9, and play a sold-out, two-night stand at New York City’s Beacon Theatre on March 11 and 12. Alabama Shakes will also be performing at many music festivals in 2015, including Coachella, Bonnaroo, Mountain Jam, Field Trip and Squamish as well as at Mumford & Sons’ Gentlemen of the Road stopover in Seaside Heights, NJ (June 5).
