Super Bowl Music Buzz: From Bruno Mars To Afrojack

For those who might be on the road or unable to view the Super Bowl on Sunday, Bruno Mars halftime performance will air live via satellite on SiriusXM Hits 1, channel 2, and on “Bruno Radio” a three-hour special featuring Mars’ music on SiriusXM’s 20 on 20, channel 3.  “Bruno Radio” will air Sunday, February 2 beginning at 5:00 pm ET through the halftime performance. The halftime performance will also be available through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App on smartphones and other connected devices, as well as online at Mars’ halftime performance will also feature the Red Hot Chili Peppers performing.


SiriusXM, the Official Satellite Radio Partner of the NFL, will broadcast Super Bowl XLVIII in 9 languages, offering listeners 11 different broadcasts.

In other music news for Sunday, Bud Light’s new “Cool Twist” ad will also serve as  the world premiere of “Ten Feet Tall,” featuring Wrabel, the newest single from Island Records’ Grammy Award®-winning producer, artist and DJ Afrojack.

Bud Light’s new Cool Twist aluminum bottle will take center stage on Super Bowl Sunday with the debut of its self-titled TV commercial, “Cool Twist.”

During and after the airing of “Cool Twist,” up to 500,000 fans, 21 years of age and older, who use Shazam can access a download of “Ten Feet Tall” courtesy of Bud Light.* Both “Ten Feet Tall” and the Cool Twist bottle will be released nationally on Monday, Feb. 3.
