The CBS drama ELEMENTARY is headed to WGN America, which has acquired exclusive off-network cable rights to the series, it was announced today by Matt Cherniss, President and General Manager of WGN America and Tribune Studios, and Scott Koondel, Chief Corporate Content Licensing Officer for CBS Corp.
WGN America has the rights to all seasons of the critically acclaimed drama after each season has aired on CBS network.
“ELEMENTARY is a first-rate drama and terrific addition to the lineup of compelling content that is redefining WGN America,” Cherniss said. “It’s a perfect complement to our recent off-network acquisition, PERSON OF INTEREST, and we’re excited to be the exclusive syndicated home for this great show.”
